Hotel Hankyu International

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Hankyu International Osaka for two nights. From the moment we stepped out of the car we were greeted with respect and hospitality by the attentive and courteous staff. They graciously escorted us to our beautiful Club Superior Suite and included a thorough tour of the inclusive amenities, which far exceeded our expectations. The pristine clean room was spacious and the view was spectacular, with thoughtful features that made our visit quite enjoyable. The club lounge included a nice variety of high-quality foods and a wonderful drink selection including a fine selection of liquor. The location was quite convenient, within walking distance of many of the sites we planned on visiting while staying in Osaka. A true five star experience, we wouldn't hesitate to book another reservation should we find ourselves again in Osaka.

Great place very relaxing atmosphere super well staffed. Loved having the executive lounge access although evening hours 7-9 started a little late in my opinion. Prefer 5-9. Also, we narrowed down this hotel as our number one choice for the pool and unfortunately had not read fine print it was 18 plus and our 14 year old couldn’t go, so none of us went. We got over it but were all disappointed.

The location is fantastic! Only a few steps from Osaka station. It's a very quiet, conservative hotel with extremely friendly service. The English language level was a little low considering this to be an international business hotel, but everything worked out. There is a little pastry shop on the lower level that should not be overlooked. They offer excellent pastries and the best baguette I was able to find in Japan. The in room amenities were top shelf. The only thing that was kinda odd was the temperature in the room. This is something I read in an other review ad can 100% confirm this. There is a cold draft by the windowsill of the room that's coming from the in-room-emergency-exit. Definitely have the more sensitive person sleep on the bathroom side. It's a small issue, but it's definitely there.
