Stayed during ladakh bike trip, located in busy place., no parking available for 4 wheelers. Booked through agoda, during checked - in in the evening a bald reception guy was not welcoming and responded properly. Initially given room with some bugs , after complaining about the problem.chnahed the room. The room was noisy , the fan bearing seems to have some problem, constant noise comes from it and no hot water in bathroom.
I had booked a Super Deluxe Room, but my experience was highly disappointing. 1.The washroom flush was not working. 2.The toothbrush provided was changed without prior information. 3.I was charged for packed drinking water, which was found to be expired. 4.The staff’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. 5. Breakfast included my booking but they didn't provide breakfast. Considering the charges for a Super Deluxe Room, such issues are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to stay at your hotel.
The property is very bad, dirty washrooms, small rooms. The pics on google vs rooms in actual are way different. AC not working condition also housekeeping is not maintained and food quality is very bad,Waste of money. @Agoda no support from your end my money is wasted.
