Excellent hotel very clean and the location is wonderful
I do not recommend it! I had my worst experience in this hotel. I booked 7 nights and when we arrived at 4 am; no one was available till 10 am in reception. The receptionist came and told me she canceled my room because I arrived late! I involved the police and the police sorted it out for me but they ruined my trip. The room was extremely smelly and damped and they did not clean it in one week. I asked for a toilet roll and ran out! The door lock was broken and I couldn't lock the door when I was out. The lamp was broken and I asked to change it and they did not and it was not enough light at the night. The only positive thing was the location.
Very Bad. The stink was terrible and service was terrible. The sheets were reused for sure as there were marks on them. The room was extremely bad. I was disappointed as I paid about 70 lari for each night. Had to change the hotel. But, the location is good. Only, the hotel is bad.
