Excellent hotel. Located in the heart of the nature, very elegant, green, with great services and healthy food.. impressive experience and loved everything: the rooms, the spa, the fitness, the sauna, salina. We had great time playing billiard and ping pong. Happy😋💃🤴
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel – beautiful surroundings, super friendly staff, and great food. Loved the pool, sauna, and salt room – perfect for relaxing. I also booked a massage through the hotel, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had. The therapist was amazing – professional and very skilled. Just a small idea: it might be easier if the hotel handled the massage bookings directly, maybe even adding the cost to the room. That way, everyone knows the booking is confirmed, and it could help avoid no-shows. Something like a 24-hour cancellation policy – like we have in Sweden – might also help. The hotel surroundings and rooms are clean. Its maintenance has a lot of room to be improve. The same can be said about its service. The food is well below any aceptable standard, as well as in its variety as in its preparation and its presentation.
