Hotel Haus Am Park

The hotel is located in the center of town, within sight of the island train station. It's less than 10 minutes to the beach and there are all sorts of shops in the immediate vicinity. The staff is friendly and helpful and makes the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is balanced and varied. The rooms are comfortably furnished, a pool and a sauna allow you to warm up after an icy walk on the beach 😉 You can relax here and completely switch off the stress of everyday life.

The hotel is centrally located. It's right next to the train station and in the center. Unfortunately, the second bathroom was broken during our stay, and the silicone seal in the bathroom was moldy. Unfortunately, the second bathroom smelled the same. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't offer us a price reduction. Since we were there with a group, we had to have breakfast as early as 8-9:15 a.m. or as late as 9:30-10 a.m. due to a lack of tables. That was a real shame. A window suddenly wouldn't close because it was loose from its anchor. It should have been fixed immediately. Unfortunately, it didn't. We left two days later and the window wasn't repaired. The floor, unfortunately, wasn't always that clean either. The next time we come to Borkum, we'll unfortunately not stay at this hotel.

Very friendly staff, central location yet quiet. Executive suite with two bathrooms. One bathroom was barely usable due to broken lights and steam shower. It's showing its age. Renovation is needed. Whirlpool in the small wellness area has been broken for some time. Extensive breakfast, unfortunately only filter coffee. Booked luxury but didn't get it. Hotel refuses refund. The booked features are simply not being met. A shame. I'll be staying at a different hotel next year!
