The owners were very nice and polite to me even though I do not speak Japanese. The room was very clean. In great walking distance about 5 minutes to the nearest convenience store.
Two women in their 40s stayed here in early April on the second day of a one-night, two-day stay to visit Mt. Kinka Koganeyama Shrine. I wanted to try out an izakaya at night, so I chose an inn in Ishinomaki, which is close to Mt. Kinka and has many izakayas. It takes less than an hour to reach Kinkasan Cruise by car. It's the largest of the several business hotels I've stayed at. It's clean, and best of all, the shower is powerful. The air conditioner also needs to be plugged into an outlet. The refrigerator was cooling properly. I also had a blanket and used it. The road to the parking lot is narrow, but the parking lot is wide. The smoking area is outside, so it gets freezing during the cold months. Recommended for staying as cheaply as possible. If I have a chance to go to Ishinomaki, I would like to stay there again.
Got a cheap night here without reservation. No meal or onsen but no worries. Close to station etc. Friendly owner operators.
