“Truly exceptional experience” From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The food was freshly prepared and offered a great variety. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily with great attention to detail.

While in Manali we had a great stay at Hotel Hayer Regency! The rooms had wooden flooring, adding a cozy touch, and the geyser worked well, ensuring hot water at all times—a must in Manali’s chilly weather. The reception staff was excellent, proactively calling for breakfast and dinner and being responsive to all our requests for food and drinks. While the food itself was average, the service made up for it, and the dining room offered a beautiful view. We stayed here for three nights, and it was a comfortable experience. The hotel also offers laundry service (paid, of course) if needed. Located within a 4 km radius of Mall Road and other tourist spots, it’s a convenient choice for travelers exploring Manali.
