LOVED this hotel. The staff were lovely. In particular, the valets were awesome. They took our keys, charged our car overnight for FREE, took care of our luggage and were friendly. Great cocktail menu and bar. The hotel is modern and VERY clean. The first thing we noticed about the room was how amazing it smelled. The rooms are HUGE, smell lovely, and the beds are very comfortable. I gave the rooms 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom fixtures are in need of some deep cleaning or replacement. The minimalist vibe is cool, but the concrete countertops are starting to show some wear. They left us a ton of ice cold water and a few snacks for free. Don't miss the turn down service, they left us cookies. :o) We regret not being able to stay longer.

The hotel blends contemporary style with a laid-back vibe that made me feel instantly at home. The rooms were very spacious, tastefully appointed, and incredibly comfortable—offering the perfect retreat after day of exploring the town. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance and thoughtful touches that made the stay feel both refined and relaxing. The location, right on the plaza, couldn’t be more convenient—allowing access to tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops with ease. The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Look forward to returning! Excellent for girls trip due to smart room configurations.

Great town, great location, nice vibes in the hotel in general. BUT. You are paying top dollar so as always it’s the little things that make the difference. I checked in a 6pm and was grateful for the cheese board and wine in the room. At the risk of sounding ungrateful…….the cheese had been outside in room temperature far too long (why not deliver when I have arrived?) and the wine was, frankly, cheap. It’s ‘free’ you may say, but you are in the middle of the most amazing wine country and without sounding like a wine snob don’t leave a bottle that rates 3.6 on Vivino, and tastes like it. Breakfast was included in my expensive room rate, and I was looking forward to it in the morning after a few glasses of (paid for) excellent local wine. Presented with a menu, I was told twice in no uncertain terms what I could order and couldn’t as part of the package. Not a relaxing start to the day, but fair enough I guess, though could I have a latte please? Yes sir but that will be 6 bucks extra. Given the price point of the room that was the wrong answer - it should have been ‘of course sir, how many would you like?’ The poached eggs were well cooked but the accompanying sourdough looked like it was 3 days old and everything piled on a huge mound of green cress - usual ploy to make it look like more food than it is. Motto of the story is slip the $42 breakfast and go to one of the many lovely local cafe’s nearby. Again nice hotel, staff all pleasant but at this price point it’s the little things that make the difference and on those it fails, hence the 3 stars.
