Hotel Heevan Pahalgam

The hotel offers a breathtaking view and is situated in an amazing location, making it perfect for those looking to enjoy nature’s beauty. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Service was poor, with staff responsiveness and professionalism falling short. The rooms did not justify the price—they lacked the quality and comfort expected at this rate. Food was average, nothing memorable. Would recommend only for the scenic location, not for hospitality or value for money.

Beautiful hotel with great views of river and of Pahalgam from room itself. Beautiful lawn for the kids to play. The dinner buffet was very tasty. The breakfast had very limited options though. The only thing one should be careful about is that the hotel does not have elevators and thus not very convenient for elderly and the kids. The staff in the restaurant was very kind and welcoming. The property needs some renovation as we had some issues with leakage in bathroom. But overall, a beautiful and memorable stay it was. Do not forget to eat at cafe willow if you are a fan of Italian food and coffee :)

I had been there recently..... As per cost it isn't less than 7 star hotel As per washroom it is 2 star As per food it is 4 star hotel.... Location is good but I think only that doesn't matter..., Either they have to improve their overall status... Decrease price of stay, food, washrooms etc or decrease the price.... Outside in metropolitan cities just a 3 star hotel provides this sort of facility and that too at less than half the price
