Great food. Terrace beautiful. Staff excellent and very attentive. Would recommend highly.

I didn’t need to stay at the hotel as I could have stayed with my family nearby - but I chose this hotel because I needed air conditioning in the room to be able to have a good sleep at night in the 30 degree heat, my 2 year old was especially not used to the heat. All the staff at the hotel we met were wonderful and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately I spoke to reception 2 times about the air conditioning not working in my room - they said that someone is coming to check the air conditioning next week, but that didn’t help me at the time and the broken air conditioning meant I wasn’t able to sleep. I’m not happy that I wasn’t informed when I checked in that the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working as I specifically asked for a room with air conditioning.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The grounds are beautifully planted and well kept. The pool and spa are really nicely designed. The restaurant terrace is really nice but the choice of vegetarian food is very limited. It would be great to have cocktails and mocktails on the drinks menu. Our room was nice but a bit tired and could do with being renovated. The air conditioning didn't work during our stay. Despite a few issues I'd highly recommend it!
