Hotel Helios Lloret

For our family, it was a perfect week at Hellios Hotel. I believe this is the first hotel we've stayed at that truly anticipated our family's needs. We were accommodated in a spacious room with a view of the pool, thus avoiding the noise from traffic. The beds were large and comfortable, the linens were changed daily, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptional. The food was very diverse, with options to suit all tastes. We especially appreciated being welcomed with a bottle of champagne, a juice for our child, and a lovely message. Upon departure, since we had some time to wait for our transportation, we decided to buy two coffees, but they were offered to us on the house. For some, it might seem like a small gesture, but we truly appreciated it. We will gladly return to this hotel. Greetings from Romania.

We had a great stay at Hotel Helios in Lloret de Mar! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and the main attractions. A special shoutout goes to Susanne at the reception! Our conversation with her was super friendly and relaxed. She really took the time to help us with everything we needed — from local tips to practical questions. It made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. We are very satisfied with the hotel. Room, swimming pool, spa center, food really correct and at the level. I would like to give a special shout out to the reception staff who are very friendly and are there 24/7 for whatever you need. Big praise for them. Also praise for the maids who thoroughly cleaned the room every day. All in all 10/10 hotel... See you soon again.
