What a beautiful place to stay in the mountains of the Dolomites. The hotel is very nice and clean. And the service is beyond great, especially thank to Mario and the entire staff. They are very helpful and kind. And you must have a dining experience, the food is delicious. We had a wonderful stay here at the Hotel Hell, we will definitely come back! Thanks to All. 👍
Our family of 5 had a lovely stay at Hotel Hell. The staff was very kind and helpful answering all of our questions. The community pool was literally next door so we enjoyed a relaxing sauna after a long day of hiking. The proximity to town was easy and convenient. We hope we get the chance to return to Ortisei and stay here again.
Our group of 12 adults just returned home after a week's stay at Hotel Hell. We visited the area to ski the Dolomites mountains. The hotel itself is classic and decorated in local culture. Rooms are comfortable and there was a good amount of storage. Amenities like the ski-storage room were welcome as were the on-site sauna and hydro-massage machines which helped soothe our aching muscles. The best part was the staff. Always smiling and helpful, they made us feel welcome at every turn. I highly recommend Hotel Hell if you ever visit Ortesei.
