Hotel Hellsten

Room was clean, a bit compact as expected. Quiet atmosphere, the only thing we didn't like was the lack of ventilation but a tower fan was supplied so can't complain too much. The bar is nice and cozy. Best thing was the hotel's proximity to plenty of restaurants and transit system. People at the reception are also nice and accommodating!

A boutique style hotel in an excellent location for my needs. Friendly staff and the environment inside is lovely. They have jazz on Thursday and Saturday nights (free for hotel guests). Decent breakfast, nice bar area. My friends all liked visiting me here. There is a sauna (I didn’t get a chance to use it though) and a conference room.

I really want to say thank you to staff members at this hotel. They were very helpful and responded very kindly to our requests. The hotel is in a convenient part of Stockholm and this was great for the reasons why we were in Stockholm during this time. The standard room looked nice on images but in reality, it is not really nice and convenient. It did not give us a sense of comfort. There drawers for hanging and putting clothes just do not make sense, size wise and at the end we had our clothes in suitcases all the time. The room also has few plugs and really badly designed side tables. Hotels lately provide shelter but no comfort. They do not provide things that could make staying in convenient. Yet, this hotel is actually expensive.
