Stayed one night as part of a cycling tour group. The welcome was warm and informative. Reception team are helpful, charming and professional. Rooms comfortable, clean and adequate. My only comment would be my personal dislike of the interior design colours. Fantastic Spa area, ideal tonic after a full day of cycling. Superb restaurant with attentive and courteous service even toward the majority non Italian speakers. Breakfast service was excellent, Coffee quickly supplied and plentiful supply of quality breakfast options. Excellent stay in a delightful and under appreciated area of Italy, in particular for summer visitors.
We were there for my birthday, everyone from the reception to the spa and the waiters were exceptionally kind and amazing. The spa is great, thanks for everything! (Special thanks to the reception lady who informed the cook about my birthday and made them put candles on the cake!)
