very friendly and helpful staff great location, very safe for children to roam around in the nearby park which is not even a minute away from the hotel rooms are somewhat old and are clean but not very well kept, there are so many spiders so if you have a phobia from crawlers this might not be the best option for you the air conditioning is not the best it might as well be nonexistent this is a great location, the hotel has some serious great potential it’s very beautiful, if it gets remodeled it could be way better idk if i would stay here again just because i’m terrified of spiders

Balkan turu nedeniyle kaldığım otel. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If I had a chance to give 0 points, I would give 0 points. The hotel does not deserve to receive positive points in any respect. The room we stayed in was used by someone else before, it was dirty but not cleaned by the hotel staff. When we reported the situation to the reception, they said that there is nothing they can do to us and you will only stay one night. they didn't get the room cleaned and said they can't give a new room. there was hair in the room, dust and poop residue in the toilet. we were nauseous. Also, the breakfast was awful, I couldn't eat anything even though I paid for it. If you are thinking of staying here, don't even think about it, staying here will be a great disservice to yourself.
