Hotel Herzblut Joker card included in summer

Great friendly helpfull staff! Room is good, clean and comfortable Also location is good, few minutes walk to the centre of Saalbach.

Comfortable hotel, delicious breakfast, many cold and hot options, good coffee, good bad and very clean room. I would loved to have my morning coffee in the room, but there is no hettle or a machine. Very easy check in; the guy from the reception was very helpfull - we arrive late, after their schedule but found the keys and all the instructions for the parking and acces.

Awful management with disregard for customer experience. I traveled from the U.K. and booked through WeSki, paying for my stay in advance. Upon arrival, late at night, I was told no payment had been received and I had to pay hundred of euros. Despite my pleas, I was given the ultimatum of pay up or leave. Turns out this was a mistake in the hotel system. When it came to getting the money refunded, it took over a week, and the experience was horrible due to the attitude of the owner. At first they would only offer cash, despite taking my money through card. After back and forth, the hotel did a bank transfer but refused to cover any bank charges, leaving me out of pocket by £20. The hotel itself and the staff working there are nice, but unfortunately due to the management I had a terrible experience. One other word of warning - it was advertised as ski in ski out on the WeSki website but this is not true - it’s firmly outside the centre of town a little away from the lifts.
