Wonderful hospitality. Huge lobby that smells so nice as you come in. Good ,big, comfortable,safe room and bed. All toiletries provided. Very clean. Big windows. Delicious ,rich ,breakfast buffet 5 min easy flat road walk to Eaon mall , to baseball field, to other shops and restaurants in town. 5 min to Koshien train station that connects to anywhere , Kobe or Nara or even to Kanzai airport.
Great comfortable spacious room. Has everything one needs. Very clean. Good bed. Huge lobby that smells so nice. Wonderful ,rich breakfast till 10:00. Easy walking everywhere in that part of city. 5 min walk from train station. Train that connect also to the loop that takes to Kansai airport .very convenient. 5 min walk to a nice shopping centre that has everything.
Location without any doubt, is great. But front desk service is horrible (gave answers unrelated to the questions and had attitude issues) and the hotel only gives 2 pillows per room without extra stocks. No manager was on duty as well. So escalation for solutions were impossible. Parking lots at the ground floor did not provide access to the main lobby. Only 1 small A4 paper notice was placed on the entrance glass panel. Would not have booked this place if we had known earlier.
