! Hotel Hills in Tatranská Lomnica exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The location is beautiful – surrounded by stunning mountain views and just a short walk or drive to key attractions in the High Tatras. The food was outstanding – both breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Everything was fresh, high-quality, and delicious, with a wide selection that catered to every taste. You can really tell they put care into the ingredients and preparation. We looked forward to every meal! The wellness area was another highlight of our stay. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, spa treatments, and especially the outdoor hot tub, which was a magical experience after a day of exploring. It’s the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The hotel is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break or an active holiday in the Tatras, Hotel Hills is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

The location of the hotel is very nice. It's surrounded by beautiful nature, it's very quiet and peaceful. The food was excellent. The pool and saunas were stylish and refreshing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantages were: no AC in the rooms (this summer was very hot even in Tatras), no free beverages at dinner (only over-priced beverages, even water was not free). Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Not at all what we hoped for when we booked a spa hotel break in the mountains :( Yes the location is stunning, the hotel is modern, and the prices are good for a 4 stat stay BUT we went to FOUR rooms during our check in process, as every single room (323, 324, 218, 219) had multiple long black hairs all over and inside the pillows. It was disgusting, not at all clean. We were goinf to leave, rhe staff atvthe desk werent helpful but eventually a manager came to help, gave us fresh pillows and a complimentary prosecco, he was the only professional we met. The pool area is not at all relaxing, it's a noisy pool, packed with people and a bar, and the bartender spent the whole time putting on Bruno Mars videos on a TV. The wellness centre opened at 4pm only so a lot of the day was lost. We went to the local town instead, the reception couldn't help with ordering a taxi there, they said to walk the 40 mins (fine for young mobile people, sure, but not everyone). Taxis are easily available. The buffet dinner is not suitable for vegetarians, we had to ask at every time to get a dish from them.
