It is a good 5-star hotel in the Patan area of Kathmandu. Most of its guests are from India and the breakfast has a more Indian flavor and i can't eat.The room faucets are old and worn out and need renovation. The staff is polite and well-mannered.Most of the hotel's guests are people who come here for work, contracts, and administrative work, and it has a business atmosphere.swimming pool is very cold.
It has very good hall, food and customer service. Hall is large enough for huge guests program, lunch's taste was also good, dish of fish was so good there. And talking about customer service, it actually very good cause chef themselves come to each table to ask for the review about the food, which seems to be very good customer service.
I stayed at Hotel Himalaya in Lalitpur for almost a week. The room was large and the environment peaceful—great for getting some rest or work done. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. That said, the room felt a bit worn out and the bedding wasn't as comfortable as expected, especially considering the price. It’s still a decent place overall, but a refresh of the interiors and amenities would definitely bring it up to the standard it aims for.
