Hotel HM Alma de Bayahibe Adults Only

We had a great stay at HM Alma De Bayahibe! The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views that made every morning feel like a dream. The resort itself is beautiful—there are so many pools to choose from, and the ocean is warm, crystal clear, and perfect for swimming. We even got to jump off rocks into the sea, which was a highlight! Most of the staff were incredibly friendly, high-energy, and made us feel truly welcome. A few did have some attitude and weren’t as kind, but honestly, the amazing staff far outshined them and made the experience really enjoyable. The nightly shows were fantastic—lots of fun and a great way to end the day. As for the food, it was a bit hit or miss. Some meals were excellent, while others were just okay. The drink selection wasn’t very extensive, but we made do and still had a good time with what was available. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. It’s a great mix of relaxation, entertainment, and natural beauty.

I received exceptional service from Jamie From security. I lost something very special and dear to me and he did not give up til he found it. Not only did he search for 4 days in the lost and found but he contacted the housekeeper who cleaned our room who remembered the item. And he brought it to my room. He deserves so much more than tips. He is a very good person and we need more of his services at resorts.

Excellent resort for the price. Delicious food, spotless rooms and grounds. AC was cold and water was hot for showers. TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime & YouTube TV you could log into. Everyone was warm and bent over backwards to help us. The views and sunsets are breathtaking and freshwater and salt water pools are very clean. Will absolutely come back here. The a la carte Italian & Dominican restaurants are ocean side and truly excellent. This bartender Rosa stood out from the rest. She was warm, friendly and always went above and beyond for us. That woman is a true gem. Can't wait to come back. Everyone treats you like family here. This resort is also very safe & secure. The shuttle bus to the public beach was very convenient and clean. Highly recommend! I would also like to shout out Melanie at the front desk and Daniel at the food truck-they were always helpful and greeted me with a smile
