The staff here are warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room is spotless, spacious, and comfortable. I absolutely love the kitchen—it’s well-equipped with everything needed for a great cooking experience. The breakfast is not only delicious but also made with high-quality ingredients. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!

Dinner at restaurant ruined by old male waiter. The staff at the restaurant seemed nice except for our elderly male waiter. When asked about the difference between the half portion and full portion of Very Thin Ravioli, he answered “small means small and large means large”. When asked for a second basket of bread, he pointed to the last slice of bread remaining in our basket and said “there’s bread here”. He never returned to our table again to check on us until I motioned him to bring the check. It was a pity he spoiled our dinner experience because the food was actually very good. This old guy needs to go back to waiter school and be taught what it means to be in a service industry.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. While the food was average and not particularly memorable, what truly ruined the evening was the service. One of the male staff members addressed our group of adult women as “girls” — a term that felt disrespectful and inappropriate in a fine dining environment. Throughout the meal, the same staff member appeared impatient and even rude when we asked basic questions about the menu. The overall service lacked warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. I would not recommend this restaurant based on the unwelcoming atmosphere and the condescending attitude of the staff.
