Hotel Hofmark

A wonderful stay. The entire staff is really friendly and helpful. All the food was freshly prepared and delicious (I booked half board). The bathrobe corridor is fantastic, and the sauna towel service is exceptionally good. The only downside to the room is that there are no mosquito nets (or alternatively, no air conditioning to keep the windows closed), which means the pests keep you awake at night. All in all, it's great and highly recommended. I would go back.

The pool is not located with this hotel. It is a separate establishment. The spa packages do not necessarily mean the day of your stay that you will receive service. That is an included purchase at checkout (online) but these establishment S are very strict on each is independent of services. I had a BUMMER of a Birthday after buying 2 too space packages for myself and a guest and was Overly DISSAPOINTED !! So much so Because services were not rendered from the 2 spa packages. That my guest and I didn't even stay the night. We left before midnight. The spa /Thermal pool couldn't provide services. Even though we checked in at 1530. The spa itself didn't close until 9pm. I was very disappointed at this experience 😔

Absolutely outdated hotel! Rooms for that price are a disgrace! For one night, the thermal bath is not even included in the room price and has to be paid extra. I expect significantly more comfort from a 4* hotel! Price-performance accordingly underground! We traveled with a small child. No cot or similar provided. The food was OK. Overall, I can't recommend this hotel and I'm surprised at the good reviews.
