I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Jamaica for her warm welcome, excellent service, and kind cooperation during my stay. Your professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a positive difference in my experience. I would also like to thank the management of *Holiday Inn* for maintaining such a high standard. The hotel is elegant, clean, and provides outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Rooms are very clean. Housekeeping was always available. Vibe and location of hotel is excellent. My kids had fun in swimming pool and kids club. Service, support and attitude of front desk staff especially Mr. Mohammad, Miss Jamaica and miss mary is excellent. Overall I give 5 stars to hotel for its location, service, vibe and politeness of staff. Don’t hesitate to book for a vacation.
