Hotel Honucai

We stayed at the Honucai twice last summer, and honestly, I can’t wait to come back! Everything about this place is just beautiful, the rooms, the restaurant, the staff, and the location. It truly is a special place. The rooms are stylishly decorated, the facilities are spotless, and the size of the hotel is just right — calm, relaxed, and never overcrowded. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked with high-quality options and served in a beautifully clean and inviting space. The rooftop pool area is chic, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, a real highlight of the hotel. But what really makes the Honucai stand out is the staff. They’re incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We loved chatting with them during the day by the pool — they made a real difference to our trip and left a lasting impression.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Honucai in Mallorca and would come back in a heartbeat! The hotel is modern, stylish, and absolutely spotless – you can tell they put a lot of love and care into every detail. Breakfast was a daily highlight: fresh, varied, and simply delicious. And the staff… Absolute sunshine! Always friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful – no matter the question or request, they were quick to assist with a smile. The location is perfect – just steps (literally 1 minute) from a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear water. The area is full of local charm and loved by Spanish visitors, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop bar is a real gem. During the day you can enjoy a swim in the rooftop pool, and in the evening, relax with a cocktail or dinner while taking in the stunning sea view. We also loved the special extras like yoga sessions on Sundays and DJ evenings – such a great vibe. Overall, Honucai felt like a little slice of paradise. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is amazing, the seaview is wonderful. Check in was efficient and staff are friendly. Breakfast is very relaxing affair and yes it can be repetitive but the choice is decent, great way to start the day with watching the world go by on the promenade. Our room was a bit small but enough space for us, we were near the stairs and lift so could hear noise easily, bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. There was a bottle of welcome water but it's not replaced after that, disappointing not to have coffee making facility in the room, only tea. I expressed this to staff and was told it's policy that only in more expensive rooms do you get coffee making facility. I think this is very silly, the hotel is 4 star regardless of room choice. I wish the bathroom had more hooks for hanging towels etc, the hooks within the shower are not practical. It was great to have the toiletries available to use. Items weren't replaced during our stay for example when we used the drinking glasses in the room we never got fresh ones or the amenity kit, but we didn't ask either. Sun loungers on the roof are so comfortable and the view is spectacular, only issue was staff didn't appear until after 11 o clock on days I used it, so couldn't set up a parasol as they have to provide a special bar to keep it up, luckily a lady doing the cleaning helped me but I could see other people who arrived then left as no one was there to help. Great choice of restaurants all nearby and a very short stroll to a number of beaches, local beaches that had sun loungers charged 14 euro for 2 loungers.
