The only reason I gave 4 stars on location is because of the overpass construction that has been stalled for 2.5 years while contractors milk the money from the city. It's a 20 minute wait to get to the hotel from only 200 meters away, because of the snarled traffic The hotel itself is amazing. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. I can recommend the Horizon Hotel to anyone, and I feel good about recommending it. They come to the parking lot to greet you when you arrive. They carry your bags. They go with you to the room after check-in, to verify all is well. They are responsible. The view we had from our 6th floor room was very nice, facing directly east. The sunrise was spectacular, and the lightning storm the night we arrived was very awe inspiring. The restaurant was clean, well situated, the servers very kind and courteous. The food is very good... Excellent, in fact. The management at this hotel has demonstrated that the customer's comfort and needs come first. That's the way to ensure your hotel is going to thrive after the pandemic, especially. We will return. Special thanks to Alfredo and Victor.
Very affordable right across as a huge Walmart and to drive anywhere you can take an Uber and it's a safe place very clean the stuff is very friendly and the content of breakfast is very delicious
