We were in February, our room was on the 17th floor, the view from the window to the slopes was incredibly beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was at a buffet, a lot of variety of food.
The hotel itself is old brutalist piece of tall lego brick in the middle of Pec pod Sněžkou, but the interior is very functional, well tought through and amazing to get lost in! And the service... the service was amazing! I want to thank the staff for our amazing stay!
Overall, a good hotel in a very good location, but with a few drawbacks: 1. The direct access road was icy and slippery, it was not cleared and gritted, it was very dangerous to reach the hotel on foot. Our request to at least clear and gritted the footpath was simply rejected at reception for no reason. 2. The voucher stated a tourist tax of 25 krone per day and person, but the bill unexpectedly showed 35 krone 3. Parking fees of 700 krone were also charged without warning 4. The evening buffet closes at 8:30 p.m., and you are asked to leave shortly afterwards. Nevertheless, a recommendable hotel
