Well, I stayed at this place and during my stay I had an interesting and, at the same time, dramatic experience, however, I needed a crush only for some hours before my departure early in the morning. The people that were in control over the place were adolescence, smoking drinking and enjoying the life(noting wrong with that :)). They were not that service minded, they did not even prepare bed my bed when I did check in. There were no space left at the house, however, I did got a bunkbed in female dorm. The place is ok if you are in rush and just need to stay near Avlabari station, it is also not far from the city centre.

I stayed in the shared room, the hostel part of the place. The beds were awful, they were shot. Had springs poking in my back all night. Toilet was broken. Room was very warm, no air-conditioning. Breakfast was very mediocre. Cancels my second night, only good thing is that they did refund my second night so I stayed somewhere else.

My experience at the hotel restaurant was deeply disappointing due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Despite breakfast being included in my package, I was met with skepticism and unnecessary delay when I reminded them of this. After waiting for 15 minutes while a staff member checked with reception, I discovered him shamelessly smoking outside with a colleague, showing a complete lack of concern for customer service. To make matters worse, upon leaving the hotel, I bid farewell to the same staff member only to overhear him and another colleague making fun of me in their language, displaying a shocking lack of respect and decency. Such behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. I would caution others against dining here unless they are prepared to endure such treatment.
