I'd recommend this hotel. The location of is perfect. Overlooking the sea with wooded mountains behind, Cala Agulla is such a beautiful beach and at most a 5 min walk along the coast path. Cala Ratjada town centre is 15 min walk. The buffet style dining for breakfast and dinner was excellent, lots of choice and everything was fresh and really well maintained. The service throughout our stay was very good, all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and light but was a little sparse. Could have done with some more hanging space for towels, coats etc. And it would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room. Overall we had an excellent stay and would happily return.
The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. We had a sea view room with a terrace which was cleaned daily. Despite being the only English guests in the hotel we were looked after very well as the hotel is mainly made up of German guests. The food is well cooked and presented with a lot of options each day. The location is good with direct access from the pool area to a path which takes you to the beach. It’s about a 10mins walk to the harbour with its wide range of restaurants, although there are a number of bars and restaurants within 100 yards of the hotel should you wish to venture out. Would definitely recommend HSM Regana
What a great service at the Hotel, absolutely the best. Gastronomy is best I ever had. You have all different types of dishes, from sushi to bbq pork ribs. Only thing that is not good is rooms on level 1, very little storage room, walls are paper thin and we could hear teenagers from two rooms away waking us at 4,5am. Garden view room is joke, it is plastic grass and some bushes. Even though the hotel is adults only there are many teenagers 90 percent was German. I would like to mention the water quality was very poor, there is some grime or oil in the water that you cannot rinse out even with hot water. In the first place I thought its a soap but its not, it couldn’t be washed away.
