One of the favorite place to eat in Solden. Friendly staff, nice environment, fast service and great food.
The hotel is nice, typical Tirolean style. Best feature is the view from the room of the mountains and it's direct access to the funicular right across the street, making for easy access to snowboard. Can also get your ski ticket at the reception. Sauna on site. Plenty of parking. Breakfast included, but I thought could have been better. When we went, most of the food was already gone (despite us going at 830). And nothing refilled. This happened 2/3 days. Elevator was not working very well at all and got stuck frequently, while we were inside. The staff seemed oblivious to this, despite us telling them a few times. This should be fixed. However the room was very nice and spacious. Dogs welcome.
At this 4-star hotel, we enjoyed excellent service and amenities, but our stay was marred by disruptive behavior from other guests, particularly families with children. Children running around screaming and littering, with parents showing disregard for fellow guests, significantly detracted from the experience. Despite the hotel's luxury, the disruptive conduct made the stay feel unjustifiably costly and failed to deliver the expected tranquility
