Hotel is located in very nice place. There is a swimming pool, as well access to the beach with umbrellas included to the price. The cusine is fantastic. Also people at the reception and in the restaurant are really profesional, simpatic and very helpful. Grazie!!!

We were there for a week for a university event with a big group. So it was a bit crowded with many academics. Overall it was a good experience. The location was very good, the beach was excellent, the pool bar especially the staff was perfect (we were there every night).Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us. But be aware of the mosquitos, i had tangerine sized bites. I am not kidding. The pharmacist gave me antibiotics cream and it only passed after that.

I will start with the positive things about this hotel. Swimming pool and surroundings outside are very well maintained and looked after. You must be wearing a swimming cap if you want to use the pool, you can purchase it at the pool for 3 euros or buy one in the local store for 1 euro. You won't be able to pay for the swimming cap by card. They also have a nice bar at the pool. In terms of the rooms, they are a decent size and look pretty. In the rooms towels, bathrobes are provided, which is great. However, I had a problem with my room from arrival as the door would not close, when reported the issue they've sent a maintenance, however it was not fixed, when reported it the next day again, I was offered another room that the door would also be affected and you could open the door without the card. They've sent a boss with me to the room to check if I say the truth. She was trying to open the door with her finger tip and said there is nothing wrong with the door, however when I showed her the room was still open as I just opened the door without using my card she didn't say anything. I've shared my disappointment and asked for a complimentary service or some sort of compensation. Boss did not speak English to me and said in Italian to reception staff that she won't offer me anything as this is the upgrade, which was not true. My door was eventually fixed on the 3rd day, so for 3 days my room would not close and they were OK with this. Maintenance staff was very polite and the truth is the problem is with the system they have. In general from the arrival to the hotel the reception staff was not pleasant or helpful, check in took nearly an hour and they are taking away your passports so make sure you ask to photocopy them instead as this is just shocking. The checkout takes around 30 mins and if you are lucky, you will find someone who will be willing to assist you. There was only one man who was polite and spoken English from the reception team, and everyone would go to him. Other guests shared similar experiences. This is not a 4-star service, and you need to learn a lot. On top of that the electrics in the room were faulty, it took 2 days to charge the phone. Housekeeping staff was very polite. Moving on to dining, this was also a very interesting experience... I had breakfast included in my stay. You would expect some Italian food and fresh vegetables and fruit to be available at breakfast. There was only fruit from the tins, such as pineapple, peach, and plums. No watermelon or other local fruits. Staff could not cope with the replacing the food, and the restaurant manager would not even apologise. He just said it's a busy time... This is not the answer. You need to sort it out. If you know you have many guests staying, you need to manage it better. Waiting staff was running around the place to replenish everything, and the restaurant manager would only walk around. Water is not complimentary either. Therefore, you must pay for it... I've also asked for a kettle to make a tea in the room, there is no such option either, so it is very disappointing. Lastly, the reception boss would constantly smoke outside the hotel and the smell was absolutely disgusting and people with kids had to walk through this smell... There are a lot of things this place needs to improve and definitely change the management staff in order to improve the customer service. Location is ok, however it takes around 25 mins to walk to main town centre.
