Some problems occurred in the first room we were attributed, AC not functional. But they gave us another room, where there was a leak in the bathroom. They were willing to address the problems. Very nice clean quiet hotel, beautiful location, nice outdoor swimming pool, breakfast was great with many food choices.

We checked in at around 6 PM after a long drive of 700 km, but unfortunately, the experience was far from welcoming. The young woman at the reception was unfriendly throughout the process, which was disappointing given the brand's usual standard of hospitality. First, she was unable to recognize my Gold Member status in the system, which meant no acknowledgment or offer of an upgrade—something I’ve come to expect as part of the program. She also insisted on requiring a credit card, even though this is not mandatory. To make matters worse, she attempted to charge an amount exceeding the correct total. This seemed to stem from either an inability or unwillingness to properly review the information on her computer, which was frustrating and time-consuming. When we requested an extra towel, we were told that none were available—a surprising and unacceptable response for a hotel of this caliber. The bathroom amenities also fell short, with an inadequate supply of liquid soap provided. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, and I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure better service in the future.
