Hotel Ideal Park

Very good property in theiddle of the main Street. Spa and pool area is very nice with seperate family and adults area. Breakfast was also decent. They have several options for dinner buffet. They charge for parking if you arrive by your own car. Staff was also kind and helpful

We had such a nice mini holiday in this wonderful place with the whole family and were very pleased! Excellent service, nice staff, spacious rooms! Also there is a wonderful playroom for children! Inside the hotel is stylishly beautiful and very cozy. I highly recommend!

Nice hotel centrally in Bozen. Parking basically only possible in the hotel own garage (~9€ per night), there is no direct public parking, though there are a few charging stations nearby in walking distance (5-10 minutes). You can charge your car in the hotel parking garage with 0.5kwh for free. Breakfast is good and has covered all basics and much more with some local products and omelette station, but could be improved by some daily specials if you stay for longer period. The gym is well equipped with cardio machines and a few workout machines, but does not offer free towels (why???). Has a sink but no cups (bring your own bottle) or buy water from a vending machine. Gym is quite spacious but could definitely be improved with a good selection of dumbbells. Rooftop infinity pool is nice, pricing at the bar is ok, generally felt well treated. The rates for having a dog in your room are ridiculous; 29€ per night per dog. You do not get anything for that, it's just an additional fee they request for cleaning. I have issues understanding why one or two dogs require double the amount of effort for cleaning. There is no additional service (dog bed, treats, anything) for your dog. You stay 5 nights and pay 300€ for your dogs for just cleaning. This seems hard to swallow, but what can you do. The rest has been mentioned before.
