We visited there for 2 days . Location is easier and at prime location. Reception area is beautiful and music they played is very soothing along with aroma of the entire area. Safety measures are good as well room service. Food was superb as we had breakfast lunch and dinner. There were some issues that were resolved and a feedback was shared with staff as well. Staff were really coutitious. Thank you
Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly. We had clearly informed them that we would return from parikrama around 11:30 AM for checkout, but they forced us to vacate the room by 10:00 AM, claiming they do not allow even a half-hour extension. When we came back at 11:30 AM to collect our car, they did not even allow us to use the washrooms. We had checked in at 1:30 PM the previous day. The hotel was in complete disarray. The included breakfast was terrible — cold food, and instead of real orange juice, they served a cheap artificial drink. Overall, a very poor experience. Please note that I had booked the premium room category and paid ₹5000 per night, yet I received terrible treatment.Would not recommend
⚠️ Read This Review Till the End – It Might Change Your Decision to Book This Hotel ⚠️ The most shocking and painful part of my stay was what happened in the bathroom. The flush in my room wasn’t working properly, so I called the reception for help. A staff member came, cleaned the toilet, and told me it was ready to use. About 5 minutes later, I went to use the toilet. As soon as I sat down, I felt a strong burning sensation on my skin. Within seconds, it started hurting badly and burned the sensitive skin in that area. I immediately called the reception again to ask what the staff had used. To my surprise, the person admitted he had used "tejab" (acid) to clean the toilet — and still told me it was safe to use. When I asked why he said it was okay to use, he simply said, “Because I had cleaned it.” The hotel manager also came to my room, but he didn’t care at all. He didn’t say sorry, didn’t offer any help. I had to ask for Burnol myself to treat the burn. Apart from this serious incident, the overall stay was also not good. When I checked in, I asked them to replace the water bottle in my room with a cold one, but they didn’t. The room was also not in great condition. This was one of the worst and most painful hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If you care about your safety and comfort, please think twice before booking this place.
