Good value for money. The rooms where a bit worn and the area a bit sketchy. But the service was perfect, especially Lorenzo.
Do not stay here. We were booked for two nights but only stayed one as the bathroom in our room was full of mould. Management (?) offered to upgrade us to a superior room which was exactly the same. I also took a look in another room and it was the same. I do not understand how this hotel is allowed to present itself like this to the public as well as presenting themselves as a four star hotel. Minus 4 in my opinion. I have written to the hotel and other management services in this group and have not received a single reply and this dates back to 6th October 2024.
This is not a four star hotel as advertised. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is convenient, near the train station. However, the room and bathroom were filthy and mouldy, and smelled of cigarette smoke. Hardly anything in the room worked. The breakfast was worse than what you could buy in a supermarket. The area around the hotel is quite rough with some dodgy people hanging around. I would not stay again.
