A wide and luxurious lobby welcomes you when you enter and as you enter you will spacious rooms and washrooms. View from the room is good. We noticed only one small sized lift is operational. Breakfast is not up to the mark. Heater was not working in the room.

It was stiflingly hot when I checked in. The rooms are clean. The air conditioning works, but it can't cool you down. The dinner was terrible. Inedible. Overall, avoid it if you can! I would not recommend it at all!

Let's start with the overall experience, the beds were comfy with good blankets, the bathroom could be better, with a clean toilet, and a good bath. The two complaints are that there were some small cracks and they brought a shampoo for our hands the next day and they didn't get the used towels to bring us new ones, only after we complaint they brought us new ones. The TV could be hung on the wall. The view from our window was terrible with some big things that cut the view, but even without them, it would still be terrible. Lastly, some cracks were filled with mold. We were only eating breakfast, it was poor and lacking some basic things. But what made me put 1 star, we are a school from Greece and one of the cleaning ladies recorded one of the students, naked. With what RIGHT you are doing this, we told the worker to delete the video but we don't know if she has deleted it on the "trash can". I didn't expect this unacceptable treatment to tourists, never coming again, and I don't suggest you to come too
