Hotel Il Fortino

Dilapidated and abandoned structure, I don't think it can be compared to a hotel, at most a B&B, terrible breakfast with expired rusks and unpackaged jams, I think they are worthy of complaint, they have no power generator or emergency lights in the room. The rooms are dirty and old, no one brings your bags to your room at certain hours of the day a lady is present for information but at night everything is completely abandoned you can't ask anyone for anything there isn't even a caretaker. all this because the real hotel is the furthest palm tree of the fort where you can only get there independently as there is no service that takes you. There is no swimming pool in either of the 2 places.

I would say B&B is the most honest and correct qualification. More than a 4 star hotel. Normal rooms, normal breakfast for a B&B. Non-existent services. No reception or staff. Upon arrival shower with cold water (hot not available) the rearrangement of the room does not include the integration of various soaps. Ants in the room. Minibar without everything (at least water!). Cost €140 per night. Madness. Naturally at checkout I explained my dissatisfaction, but I wasn't even offered a symbolic compensation, a gesture of apology... not to be believed and not to be returned to.

NON SO SE CHIAMARLO HOTE A 4 STELLE O BETTOLA . Non ho mai visto un posto simile dove non ci sta nulla, tranne scale per arrivarci. Manca la reception, la hall i ricchi buffet ecc. Troverete il cane nella cucina e la roba scaduta a colazione . Per pranzare bisogna fare 500 mt in un'altro hotel che si chiama la Palma e fare altre scale per arrivare. Vi Consiglio un'altra zona dove alloggiare .
