Very pleased with our stay. Good location, which is only about 10 minutes away from the main station, 15 minutes from the city centre. The breakfast was tasty with bunch of variety and all of the employees we encountered were friendly and ready to help. We had a little problem but it got resolved so we are happy again! Would visit again when in Bologna
Checked in to the hotel and was greeted warmly but was quickly disappointed once my room was given. Since I booked a regular room and not a suite I had to carry my luggages up 2 flights of stairs since there is no elevator if you don’t book a suite. This was not mentioned to me once or advertised prior to booking. The room is very small and literally only has outlets for the two lamps next to the beds. The shower is very small As well and no conditioner or body wash was provided. Sheets are rough as well! Not sure how this is rated a 4 star hotel because coming from Naples, then Florence both 4 star hotels were better in every way possible. Boutique should not mean motel. This would definitely be the equivalent of a 3 star motel in the US.
Not a 4 star hotel - like other reviews the rooms are a hot box with no air conditioning so you are trying to sleep in temperatures of 30 degrees which makes for a cranky tired visitor. Saving euro by not turning on the air conditioning means that you get reviews like this. That said rooms are clean, it’s close to the train station and a 15 minute walk onto town to work off the pasta dinner.
