Hotel Ilonn

I recently stayed at Ilonn Hotel in Poznań and honestly, I was blown away—especially by the food! The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with super friendly staff who made me feel right at home. My room was spotless and cozy, which was a great start. But the real highlight was the restaurant. I tried both the steak and the sledzik (which is a traditional Polish herring dish), and both were absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the sledzik really stole the show for me. It was so flavorful and fresh—I’d honestly recommend everyone give it a try, even if you’ve never had herring before. It’s a real taste of Poland and something you won’t forget. Breakfast was also fantastic, with lots of fresh choices to start the day. All in all, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back, especially for another plate of that amazing sledzik! If you’re in Poznań, don’t miss this place.

Nice Hotel which is quite young. The Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A Schnitzel for around 20€ was not the best. The colour of the pork meat was quite Curious.

Problems with the room. We booked for 2 persons but in reality only one set of towels and sheets were found in the room. When we arrive at breakfast most of the dishes and food had already been consumed.
