The room was very big had all the essentials. The staff were super helpful and discreet. They speak English very well. The food at breakfast was amazing. The location is just right gives you access to all you need. Very worth my money. Highly recommend 👌
This is the single 4 star hotel in Europe where we could find water, tea, slippers, vanity kit, dental kit and all other thing which should be in room for this category of hotel. The staff on reception Mr. Louis was very helpful and kind during our check in, he always trying to do his best and leave a good impression to guests. As a travel agent I got a promotional rate for this hotel, so for me this is the good ratio of price and quality for the winter period. Hotel is located in the centre of historical places and easy to reach other locations. Thank you again to Louis.
It's in a great location and the staff are friendly but I cannot give it more than 2 stars, as the room i was given is one of the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in for a very long time. The room was very small and claustrophobic but the main issue is an almost total lack of natural light. The photo accompanying this review was taken at 2pm on a beautiful sunny day. Almost pitch black when you turn off the harsh blue-white lighting, which gives the room the feel of a basement utility room. Theres also zero natural ventilation so it's incredibly stuffy. Pretty sure inmates even get to see the sun occasionally, not if you're in this room. Other issues such as the phone being broken and the dodgy "DIY" state of the bathroom (with bonus filth in the bath) are also present. Calling this a 4 star hotel is like calling Guantanamo a luxury Cuban retreat.
