Hotel Ilunion Suites Madrid

This hotel is located pretty close from the airport and not very far from city center and Bernabau stadium. Great location Area is really very nice and safe with many useful and nice shops and restos around. All staff are very nice and helpful and they speak OK English. Shower and bed can be better and quieter no room from view but it's very quiet which is great. Hotel seems pet friendly Breakfast is very good Rooms are really nice airy well lit and large In room lighting can be improved. Water bottles can be given in rooms. Hotel provides all nice and useful kn room amenities. Prices are very good. Special thanks for ILUNION to making my stay a comfortable one.

Great location and it too far from city. Restaurants, grocery stores, bars all around and great prices since it’s just outside of the center of city. Buses and metro make it easy to get to city center . Pet friendly but the dog parks are a bit far from hotel making late night walks a bit more challenging after some drinks 🤣. Hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Nice, modern hotel. Good space, nice rooms. A/C didn't really work that well. But my main concern was with reservation system. For family reasons I had 3 reservations. One had issues. They sent me an email giving 24hs to resolve. I only saw the email 2 days later. No call attempt. No voice mail. No second email. No text message. 1 email. Aftet 24hs, reservation was cancelled. When I realized and called, obviously they were full. So I was stuck with 2 reservations that I no longer needed. Tried to get their help in cancelling. Since I booked via United hotels, cancellation was 30 days, even though the own hotel policy is 7 days. I called 2 weeks before. No help. I just didn't see any effort in trying to help. Just wanted my money. Will no longer stay here.
