Avoid this establishment There is no reception at this hotel Access is by code, but the code hardly ever works. You have to call a number that doesn't answer, I was with my son, I returned to the hotel after a party, around 2am... impossible to get in. Impossible to reach the 3 telephone numbers that don't answer. We had to spend the night outside until 7 in the morning! This is unacceptable. I didn't get a single apologetic message. In short: do not book in this place! I obviously asked for a refund

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they are ghosting/ignoring me over a €3,000 deposit after my stay ended in March 2024 (18 months ago!). There is zero justification for keeping it, at least I have not even been provided with one. I have been met with complete silence after several emails, countless calls, and a signed/tracked letter. The one time they replied, a month ago, was to give an excuse about being abroad before disappearing again. I am now forced to take legal action to get my money back. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I recently had the misfortune of booking a room at this hotel through Booking.com, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My check-in time was supposed to be 14:00, but at 16:00, just when I was about to arrive, I received a notification by email that my reservation was canceled at the last minute. No explanation, no apology, nothing. Very weird, since the room was already booked for 6 months. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city with no place to stay, scrambling to find last-minute accommodations. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I would have expected at least a call in advance or some assistance in finding alternative lodging, but instead, I got absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. If you value reliability and basic decency, look elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests and has no regard for their time or plans. Terrible service and utterly unreliable.
