The rooms are good af but the food gives you food poisoning
I tried to stay at the Hotel Emperado, but despite havind made the reservation, the front desk cheated and did not record my request. The result was that the hotel was packed because a event in the city and I needed to go to another hotel. The worst was that the front desk did not acknowledge the mistake and did not apologize for the inconvenience. To summarize, it was extremely negative to experience the hotel.
