I highly recommend this hotel, very professionnal and taking care of their customers. Despite misunderstanding between the travel agency and the hotel, they found the right solutions and we spent great time here. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Bus station are convenient to reach the downtown.
Our room was fine but it wouldn’t cool down at all. Not a 4 star hotel
Worst experience in Rome. First of all , it is really far to the center. The buses are not working properly. The hotel is very dirty and staff is not welcoming and they are very rude. The water they give each room they charge without telling before. Just regular small bottle of water. Always it is complimentary everywhere. Will never stay there and I don’t recommend.
