Hotel Imperial a Luxury Collection Hotel Vienna

One of the best hotels in Vienna.. great service and location. With the upgrade to a premium suit, our stay was exceptional. Overall, everything was great. The only thing I recommend is expanding the breakfast options

I would give 10 stars if I could. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service, great location. Extremely walkable to the entire inner city and usual attractions, and subway is very close. Hotel management should really give the staff a bonus. The whole team from the housekeepers to the concierge and everyone in between was excellent and really went above and beyond to help us. Sebastian in particular was extremely helpful and kind to us. We will be staying again.

The Imperial is a grand,luxury hotel with a romantic feel and attentive, professional service at the front desk and from the concierge team. Our beautifully-appointed suite was lovely complete with chandelier, giant windows with a lovely view, paintings and a very comfortable bed. Just off of the main lobby, we loved the bar with its soaring ceiling, chandeliers, books gracing the walls, cozy fireplace with tall wingback chairs and wonderful service. The breakfasts were showstoppers and the service was spectacular from the restaurant wait staff. We were within walking distance of museums, palaces, markets, shopping and a grocery. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to going back.
