hi from Ukraine to a place that really sends you on vacation. we bought a tour and it's a good price/quality ratio. the hotel is cozy, has a wonderful beach with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. i definitely recommend coming here with children, because there are no strong waves and depths nearby 🦀 the staff is very friendly in aaaall areas. not everyone knows English, but you can communicate with everyone)) special thank you to the animators, this year they‘re so pretty. a simple evening program allows everyone to participate: from children to adults, the main thing‘s to have fun together. during the mini club, it‘s noticeable children are loved, have own connection and take care of them. adults can play beach volleyball or stretching in the sea during the day. i give my solid 4.7⭐️ the owner has smth to work on, but already grateful for a good vacation!!
Title: Beautiful Beach, But the Hotel Was a Major Disappointment Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) Pros: • Great location: The hotel is located directly on a sandy beach. It’s perfect for both kids and adults. You can enjoy walks along the shore, collect seashells, and find nearby playgrounds. • Restaurant staff: The waiters in the hotel restaurant really try their best. You can tell the difference between experienced staff and temporary workers, but overall, the effort is appreciated. Cons: • Reception: This was the worst part of our stay. The receptionist (a blonde woman with glasses) was unfriendly, unprofessional, and didn’t even greet us or explain anything. Her English was very poor, and she made inappropriate and rude comments about guests in Italian while talking to her colleague. Her younger colleague tried to be helpful but was clearly overshadowed. • Rooms: Extremely small, especially for a couple with a child. The bathroom had barely enough space for toothbrushes. The balcony was unusable in the evening due to bright lights (which couldn’t be turned off) attracting mosquitoes. Only two chairs for three people, no drying rack or string for swimwear. • Cleanliness: Very poor – mold, dust, cobwebs with dead flies, and filthy curtains. Many things were broken: the toilet flush had to be fixed by my husband, the toilet seat was loose, and we often had no hot water around 6–7 PM. • Food: The biggest disappointment. Mostly frozen or processed food, cheap low-quality meats and cold cuts, and nothing fresh or local. Lunches were leftovers from breakfast or the night before. Dinners were not replenished and lacked variety – hard pasta, tasteless sauces, fried foods. Truly underwhelming. • Restrictions: You are not allowed to bring any outside food or drink into the hotel – not even baby water. This rule is strictly enforced, making the stay feel even more unpleasant. Summary: The beautiful beach and friendly restaurant staff can’t make up for the poor service, bad food, and lack of cleanliness. We regret booking this hotel and hope this review helps others make a more informed decision. Thankfully, there are many great restaurants nearby, so at least you won’t go hungry.
Worst services ever!!!!!!!!! Very poorly organized and unprofessional! The blonde girl from reception are the worst person they can put to reception, extremly bad attitude to tourists with no reason, by default. Even if she work for free is not a good solution and the men, her colleague same thing, they love to be rude and impolite.
