Very good location, in front of the enter of Golden Sands, private area, adorable park, absolutely green and colourful flowers, perfect beaches!
Very nice park , exotic beach, nice beach baar, a nice group of hotels and pools. Nice and calm place for a visit.
During our two week stay we experienced series of unpleasant events, most of them because of the poor management. We had asked for a baby bed before the arrival but it wasn't there. On the next day they found one but it was broken. The replacement took one more day. I wrote a letter to a manager demanding his or her comment on the situation but got no reaction at all. The manager wasn't there all the time. Room cleaning was awful. Things changed after another letter to a manager but still no answer or excuse. Reception stuff speak English just a lil bit, they just can't communicate with you on the matter. Hope this 5* hotel once regains its glory but now it's a 4* close to 3.
