Hotel Imperium

Great hotel, great value. Rooms were huge, though had a little smell of old carpet and it was very hot inside too. But the price, space and location are all amazing.

Old rooms, the furniture could be improved, the cleaning of the rooms also. The restaurant didn't serve a lot of things after 9:30 pm even if it’s closing at 11, the the waiters are amazing. They tell jokes, they explain and give good advice about food and drinks they serve. We went there 3-4 times only for them, and for the food that really had taste!

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, and I must say, my experience was far from what I expected based on the supposed 4-star rating. From the moment we stepped into our room, it was evident that the conditions were not up to par. The furniture looked outdated and worn, clearly showing signs of age and neglect. To make matters worse, the room itself felt like a sauna. The lack of proper temperature control made our stay uncomfortable and restless. The cleanliness was also a major letdown. We encountered dusty corners and questionable spots, which definitely didn't meet the standards one would expect from a higher-rated establishment. Our troubles didn't end there. Dealing with the receptionist turned into a frustrating experience. Our reservation, which should have been a seamless process, was muddled up, causing unnecessary stress and confusion. The lack of professionalism on their part was disappointing and soured our mood even further. As if these issues weren't enough, we had to contend with mosquitoes throughout our stay. Not only was this a nuisance, but it also disrupted our sleep and added to our frustration. Furthermore, the water seeping from under the bathtub was an unexpected surprise that left us concerned about the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. The hotel's location near a noisy road only added to our woes. The constant traffic sounds made it difficult to find any peace and quiet, which is something we had been looking forward to during our stay. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The condition of the room, lack of cleanliness, reservation mishap, insect presence, water leakage, and the noisy surroundings collectively made this stay quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It's important for management to address these issues promptly if they wish to live up to their supposed 4-star status.
