Hotel In 9 Gangnam

I love this hotel, location and service is good, room always clean and rooftop is nice view. Check out time is 12, not 11, breakfast is good. I love it and recommend to stay ❤️

This is not a four star hotel. At best maybe a three star. More like a motel 6. Looks like a prison cell and there’s a lot of construction right outside the building for a GREAT view. Went to take a shower after a long day of traveling, to find a piece of the shower falling off and the water pressure nearly at 10%. The towels had holes and frays and were very worn. Asked for new towels and was told they would have to charge us extra for towels even though they provided very worn towels. Do not recommend staying here.

Three big problems. First, No aircon in room. Stay for more than two weeks, half of the days the aircon just won’t turn on. Called the front desk and was told to open the window. Never had i stayed in a hotel that tells me to open the window. Not in london not in vegas. There was a forest fire in korea and you can smell smoke after windows open. Adding to this, it is so noisy after windows open with the traffic and temple in front of hotel. Second problem, the sensor light in front of the door is buggy. So at midnight when you are asleep, the light will turn on and off until you are awake. Third, the water pressure in the toilet is so weak. Like a third world country. Avoid this hotel if you need sleep.
