We were very satisfied with the food and the location of the hotel, but less so with the wellness. The first day the water in the jacuzzi was cold, but the last day it was so hot that you couldn't be in the water. The water in the pool was cold all the time, even though the reception claimed it was 24 degrees Celsius. The sauna is available for an additional fee of €15 per person, which we were not warned about at the reception in advance. We chose the hotel because of the wellness, which ended up being quite a disappointment.
I was very disappeared that I could not have bath or shower at this hotel. No hot water in the room that we booked, so they gave us another room in second floor but still no hot water. The hotel gave us late check out but no apology was given regarding “no hot water” I had to have cold shower… I felt that the receptionist was not friendly but the breakfast restaurant staffs are very friendly and helpful.
As usual in croatia, the staff favorite word is NO. Check out is at 10.00am!!! And check in time, no exceptions, at 14.00?! What kind of policy is this? Shower drain doesn’t work properly, breakfast is 3 stars run down hotel quality and powder orange juice. Beds almost at floor level. Of course overpriced
