Hotel Indigo Auckland by IHG

Booked a Luxury Escapes offer and loved it so much, I’ve already booked it two more times! I brought my dog along for her 6th birthday, and she had the best time — as you can see in the photo 💗 The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and perfect for both me and my little pooch. Everything from the atmosphere to the service and comfort made this such a memorable stay. A couple of small suggestions: • The under-bathroom lighting could use a more obvious switch — I couldn’t figure out how to turn it off at night. • A small note with the mini bar pricing would help too, as it wasn’t clear what was complimentary vs. chargeable. And if there was space for a day spa, this would be the ultimate weekend staycation destination! Still, this was a solid 10/10 for us. Already counting down to our next stay 💫

Staff were all amazing. Really comfortable big beds, and comfortable sheets. Easy valet. Lovely atmosphere and art. Lifts are no touch so felt extra clean. Room was clean and quality touches of drip coffee, loose leaf tea, GHD dryer and Bluetooth speaker. Fitness space was well equipped with good many machines. Had the option of room not being made up between nights that I liked as I didn't need it. The bathroom lighting was a miss for me, only option was bright lights, but with the door open was light enough with them off. The sound through connecting room door was loud as it's over hard flooring. I didn't hear talking (solo person?) but sneezes, shower, dryer etc. Room without connecting doors was more sound proof.

A real gem! Stylish decor throughout the hotel and rooms. Room was well equipped and amazing shower. The views from our are hard to beat. We found the staff super helpful and friendly. Valet parking ran smoothly and car returned promptly when we needed it. Highly recommend!
